Time Clock

A productivity tool to track and manage your employee's hours.
  • Time Clock Files.
    • Time Clock Transactions File.
      • View Screen(s)
      • Records the hours worked for each employee for posting to the payroll module.
      • Transaction can be entered manually or may be posted from the time clock or service modules.
      • Records an unlimited number of employees and an unlimited number of work periods per employee.
      • Each work period specifies the work start and end time, the hours worked, and the pay rate information.
      • Each work period can specify up to 5 jobs and job categories that were being worked on in the work period.
    • Daily Schedule File.
      • View Screen(s)
      • Records work schedules that define the work periods and breaks through out a day.
      • Records an unlimited number of daily schedules.
      • The daily schedules are not schedules for specific dates, but rather define schedule templates, like a weekday schedule and a weekend schedle, that will latter be applied to specific dates.
      • Daily schedules may be used in the Pay Period Schedule File to quickly specify schedules for an entire pay period.
    • Pay Period Schedule File.

      • Records work schedules that define the work periods and breaks through out entire pay periods.
      • Records an unlimited number of pay period schedules.
      • The pay period schedules are not schedules for specific pay periods but rather define schedule templates, like for a regular week or a monday holiday week, that will latter be applied to specific pay periods.
      • Pay period schedules may be used in the Time Clock Schedule File to quickly specify schedules for a specific pay period.

      • Records an unlimited number of schedules for an unlimmited number of employes.
      • The schedule can be rapidly entered using the schedules defined in the Daily Schedule File and Pay Period Schedule File and schedules can be customized through manual entries.
    • Alarm Schedule File.

      • Records alarm schedules for alarms that will sound from the time clock.
      • Records an unlimited number of alarm schedules.
      • Each schedule defines up to 15 alarms throughout the day.
      • Each alarm can have an associated message that will appear on the time clock window when the alarm sounds.

      • A computerized time clock that track's employee's work hours and breaks.
      • Records and unlimited number of work periods and breaks for an unlimited number of employees.
      • Allows employees to enter up to 5 jobs that they are working on in a single work period.
      • Supports both paid and unpaid breaks. Each employee's record specifies whether or not an employee can take a paid or unpaid break.
      • An alarm schedule can be specified to allow the time clock to sound alarms at specific times of the day, like lunch time and quitting time.
      • The time clock manger can specify reminder messages to appear on the time clock screen.
      • Employees may clock in and out using a keyboard or a bar codes scanner inteface.
      • Allows employees to view their hours for the current pay period.
      • Allows employees to view their hours for the current pay period. This feature may be disabled by the time clock managers.

      • This report prints out decrepancies between an employee's work schedule and their actual work times.
      • The report detects cases where employees clock in or clock out early, are absent, or work when not scheduled.
      • The report can be printed in two levels of detail.
      • Report can be filtered by employee.
      • Report can be filtered by pay period date range.
      • Report can be filtered by work date range.
      • Report can be filtered by payroll department key range.
